Thanks to the experience gained over the years in the Sponge Cake field, TT Italy has decided to launch a new turnkey project, designed and built following the client's needs, which completes the wide range of products offered by TT Lines. Thanks to the support and assistance of our Food Technologists, it is possible to choose from several formats: round or square cake line, personalized with any type of decoration or flavor. A TT Italy's cheesecake industrial line is designed to precisely optimize the preparation of a cheesecake, by starting from the mixing of the cheesecake batter and continuing with the automatic assembling of the cake. TT Italy has improved the cheesecake lines for greater efficiency and flexibility.
