CIP UNIT
The CIP unit is used for the washing and sanitizing cycle of food processing equipment, is built according to strict efficiency criteria. It is designed for the management of cleaning solutions (acid / soda) and water all assembled in a single block and mounted on a skid. The concentrated detergent dosing is carried out automatically. The concentration control of the washing cycle takes place via a transmitter connected to the analog conductivity regulator which will allow the washing (with the concentration of the solution) and also to control the filling and draining phases. Cip Delivery will be managed through a plate with manifold for different usage (mixer or rinser) as well as the return line (line closing or direct draining/discharge). The entire unit is assembled and tested in the company including all valves, exchangers, electrical panel and wiring. The washing cycle, the recoveries and the management of the solutions are set automatically through the control PLC. This unit built on a small footprint and energy saving criteria follows all common guidelines in terms of certification of materials and the production process.
