HTST PASTEURIZATION UNIT

This pasteurization plant is fully compliant with EEC Directives 852/2004 and EEC 853/2004 and is fully automatic. All technological operations such as switching on, milk supply, production, emptying, washing are carried out automatically by means of a program logic controller (PLC). The interaction between the plant operator and the pasteurization plant is carried out via a control panel with a touch screen. All parts of the HTST (High Temperature Short Time) unit, including the piping and electrical connections between the pasteurization section components, are preassembled on a single stainless-steel frame (SKID). All parts in contact with the product (as well as all main components) are made of stainless steel, with a precise finish for easy and precise cleaning. The open type monobloc impeller guarantees high efficiency and low noise. The mechanical seal is sanitary. FRAUGROUP units are designed and engineered to meet health standards, components, and construction quality. Strict control is applied to internal processes and materials received from external suppliers. Final assembly of the machine is developed using 3D CAD platforms, and the final positioning of each device follows the criteria of efficiency, clean design, space savings, and easy accessibility for maintenance. For this reason, a very close interface is established with suppliers to ensure access to any information or data.
